If you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable (restrictions apply, please see our terms and conditions), we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange for goods still in their original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days. This applies if you're unsatisfied with the product you've purchased or if you've simply changed your mind. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To return an item please notify us in writing, either by email (email@example.com) or post to Linda Sandeman Jewellery, Studio 3, Belgrave Hall, Church Road, Leicester.LE4 5PE. We will do our best to respond within 48 hours to confirm your refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more that 30 days after delivery will only qualify for a partial refund.
If you request a refund which is approved we will credit the cost of your item excluding the cost of delivery.
We take extraordinary care to package our items in a way which prevents any damage in transit. Upon delivery of your items, it is your responsibility to inspect each item and any damaged goods should not be signed for. Should products not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item and we will advise on the best solution including return or repair options. After this time Linda Sandeman Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in our care.
All UK orders are via Royal Mail recorded delivery. If your item is needed urgently please message me so I can try and get it done quicker for you.
